This is the October 2001 release 2.70b of the Jaton brand video card drivers CD.  The CD includes drivers for Win95/98/ME/NT4/2000 of various models of PCI & AGP video cards from the 1995-2001 range. In Particular, the following models have drivers on this CD:

V-67Pro, V77-87, V-88, V-97, V-97Pro, V-107, V-118 (From what I can tell, these models are Trident and Vanta Nvidia TNT cards.
